Orders and refunds

Restaurant customers should contact the restaurant first for order, pickup, food or refund issues. The restaurant prepares your order and manages refunds. Contact us for app or account problems.

What to include

• App name: So Salty OS or So Salty Ordering.
• Restaurant name.
• Device model and operating system/version.
• Phone number or email on the account.
• A screenshot of the issue, if possible.
• Order number, if the issue concerns an order.

Do not send your PIN, password, sign-in code or full payment card details. Hide other people's information in screenshots.
