A. Checkout consent checkbox (unticked by default, never pre-checked)

C. SMS Terms

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies by order, typically 1–4 messages per order. No marketing texts under this program.
  • Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts.
  • Help: reply HELP or email Sales@SoSalty.dev.
  • Opt back in: reply START or tick the box on your next order.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Sign-in codes: if you sign in by phone, we text a one-time code. That message is sent because you requested it.
  • Privacy: phone numbers and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

D. Auto-reply templates (≤160 chars)
